At Spring in a Bag, we acknowledge that it's time for us all to do our part to preserve the planet. We strive to develop alternative products to reduce each individual's impact on the environment.

Our "Drink outside the bottle" philosophy inspires us to brainstorm ideas for future products that help eliminate harmful plastics from the production cycle. We're even looking into a degradable plastic bag to replace our existing recyclable solution. This is a great alternative to the polycarbonate bottle for now but we know that there's an even better solution and we're committed to finding new and innovative ways to reduce our carbon footprint.

We have engaged Carbon Neutral as our environmental partner to help us identify greenhouse gas emissions associated with our 10L bags. Thanks to the results of a Carbon Lifecycle Assessment (CLCA), we were able to offset the emissions resulting from production, transport and material inputs from our 10L bags.

Spring in a Bag has committed to offset the greenhouse emissions associated with all 10L bags sold in 2011 onwards with accredited offsets. This means that for every tonne of greenhouse gases we are responsible for, we are contributing money towards projects which absorb or avoid these emissions. We will update you quarterly on our progress.

Trees naturally absorb carbon dioxide and have numerous additional environmental co-benefits. These trees are native biodiversity plantings, helping to improve our natural environment – which in turn gives us our great quality spring water.

So by buying Spring in a Bag™ natural spring water, you are actively contributing to make the world a better, greener and healthier place.

We're a small company so when you call our office it's likely you'll speak with a sales representative you've spoken with before. Our delivery drivers are likely to become familiar faces. We think our size is an advantage as it allows us one-on-one customer care. We'll bed over backwards to keep our customer's happy. If something isn't right or if you'd like a change in your service, just ask! We're more than willing to accommodate you unlike some larger delivery companies who are relegated to fitting inside the box.
